Before downloading a driver, create a new folder in your "C:" drive called Impact Drivers (C:\Impact Drivers). When prompted during downloading, select the Impact Drivers folder to save the files. After the printer drivers have been extracted to your C:\Impact Drivers folder, you will need to install them. For guidance on how to install printer drivers:
